Now, through his newly appointed Homeland Security Advisor, John Kelly might be looking at ways to trim more of the U.S. debt. The report cited an e-mail from Clinton staffers that Kelly sent back on June 11, revealing that the State Department had a key liaison with Russian President Vladimir Putin and plans were under way to bolster Russian efforts on humanitarian and economic issues. The email directly referenced Secretary of State’s recommendation to Russian President Vladimir Putin and its apparent support for Obama’s proposed European Union referendum on European Union membership.
